(*) (Required consent) I voluntarily consent to the processing of my personal data (including my first name, last name, email address, citizenship, and physical address) for the following purposes: (1) to create and maintain a User account on the learn.noviqa.group platform; (2) sending login details for the learn.noviqa.group platform to the email address provided; (3) issuing a certificate of completion of the training; (4) transferring the certificate (along with my address details) to a courier company for delivery (if the training ends with the issuance of a certificate). I acknowledge that my personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
